The Psychology Department at Randolph-Macon College invites applications for a Tenure Track Assistant Professor position to begin in Fall semester 2018. Applicants must hold an advanced degree in psychology at the time of appointment. Area of specialty is open; an emphasis in developmental, community, or health psychology is preferred. Teaching experience is also preferred. Successful candidates will be prepared to teach Research Methods as well as courses in their area of interest at introductory and upper levels. Preference will be given to candidates demonstrating a potential to build an engaging undergraduate research program. Randolph-Macon is a selective, residential liberal arts college located in the beautiful Virginia piedmont in Ashland, Virginia, 15 miles north of Richmond and 90 miles south of Washington, DC.
