The Office of Fellowships is now recruiting talented rising seniors, alumni, and graduate students from all disciplines to apply for the 2017-2018 Fulbright US Student Program competition. Grants are available for students to teach English or conduct research overseas for up to one year. Must be a U.S. citizen to apply. Dr. LaNitra Berger ([email protected]), Director, Office of Fellowships, is the Fulbright Program Advisor for current undergraduates and undergraduate alumni. Dr. Kay Agoston ([email protected]), Director, Office of Graduate Fellowships, is the Fulbright Program Advisor for current graduate students and graduate alumni. The campus deadline is September 15, 2017 at 11:59pm. To receive an endorsement from George Mason University, you must meet with the director and begin an application by July 1, 2017 and submit the entire application by the campus deadline. There are no exceptions. The first info session for the 2017-2018 application season is Friday, March 31, 2017 from 12-1pm in JC Room C. Additional sessions will be held throughout the semester on the Fairfax and Arlington campuses. No RSVP necessary. Due to the high volume of interest, you must attend an info session before scheduling a meeting with the director.
